NutriCare Pro – Implementation Readiness Program

The Implementation Readiness Program is a structured, time-bound professional services engagement designed to prepare the Client for future digital nutrition, dietary, and compliance system deployment.

• Review of current menus, therapeutic diet structures, and texture-modified workflows
• Alignment review against applicable CMS, state, and survey expectations
• Identification of documentation and audit gaps

• Dietary order intake and communication flow analysis
• Kitchen production workflow mapping
• Resident meal service and diet change management review

• High-level advisory on dietary-related workflows within PointClickCare
• ADT and census flow dependency analysis (conceptual only)
• Identification of operational touchpoints (no system access or configuration performed)

• Role-based responsibility matrices
• Training outlines and SOP drafts
• Readiness checklists for dietary, nursing, and administrative staff

• Pre-launch checklist for future software deployment
• Data readiness standards
• Risk mitigation framework

Client will receive:

• Written Readiness Assessment Summary
• Workflow diagrams and process narratives
• Compliance gap analysis report
• Training and SOP documentation
• Go-Live Readiness Playbook

All deliverables are advisory and educational in nature.

• Engagement Term: 90 days from Effective Date
• Delivery cadence: Bi-weekly milestones

 Program Fee:  TBD

• Payment Terms: 100% due upon execution of the Agreement

Fees are for professional services only.

 At Provider’s sole discretion, a portion of the Program Fee may be credited toward a future NutriCare Pro software license if and when such software becomes available through approved channels. No promise or obligation is created. 

• Provider is a PointClickCare Marketing Partner
• This Agreement does not constitute a Marketplace transaction
• No PointClickCare data access, integration, or software functionality is provided
• No representation is made regarding Marketplace approval, timing, or availability

 Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and operational information exchanged during the engagement. 

 Provider delivers advisory services only and does not guarantee regulatory outcomes, survey results, or system approvals. 

 Any Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the applicable operating state of the Client facility.
